• Our logistic partners provide insured delivery services, ensuring that the Products are protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the point of delivery to the Customer.
• Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery details. NIBR HCA shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer

Purity, Certification & Warranty

• All gold and silver coins/bars sold by NIBR HCA are assured for their purity and authenticity.
• Each Product is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by NIBR HCA.
• Except as expressly stated, NIBR HCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Returns & Buyback

• Products once sold cannot be returned.
